Texas Personalized Care was founded by two women named Jessica—brought together not by coincidence, but by a shared calling to serve others with compassion, intention, and heart.

The name Jessica means “God sees,” a meaning that deeply reflects the foundation of our company. We believe every person deserves to be truly seen—not just for their care needs, but for who they are, the life they have lived, and the moments that matter most to them.

Our journeys into caregiving began on different paths, but with the same purpose.
One of our founders was first drawn to service through volunteering—showing up consistently for someone in need, not as a paid caregiver, but simply as a compassionate presence. Through that experience, she learned the power of relationship-based care: taking time to know a person’s story, routines, preferences, joys, and fears. That early act of service shaped her calling and ultimately led her into hospice marketing, where she continued advocating for compassionate, person-centered care.

The other founder’s journey began in healthcare from the inside—starting at the front desk of a clinic, then becoming a unit secretary on a neurosurgery floor. Day after day, she witnessed nurses care deeply for patients and families, often in life-altering moments. She watched lives being saved, comfort being given, and dignity being preserved. It was there that she knew she wanted to do more. That calling led her through nursing school and into years of hands-on care across ICU, pediatrics, and ultimately hospice nursing—where she found her true purpose.

Though our paths were different, they were guided by the same values: service, compassion, presence, and respect for the human experience.
When we finally met, it became clear that we shared more than a name—we shared servant hearts and a vision for what care should feel like. Together, we recognized the gaps in traditional care models: care that felt rushed, impersonal, or disconnected. We knew there had to be a better way.

That shared vision became Texas Personalized Care.
