Founder | Certified Dementia Practitioner
Jessica Therrien founded Texas Personalized Care with a deep passion for advocating for seniors and helping families navigate the often overwhelming journey of aging and caregiving. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Jessica has spent years working closely with seniors, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure individuals receive compassionate, respectful, and personalized support.
Through her work in the senior care community, Jessica has built strong relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and families throughout the Houston area. She has seen firsthand the importance of allowing individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their homes whenever possible.
Jessica created Texas Personalized Care with a clear vision: to provide care that is thoughtful, dignified, and truly centered around each person’s unique needs. She believes caregiving should always feel personal — built on trust, kindness, and genuine human connection.

Jessica Nieves, RN, serves as the clinical foundation of Texas Personalized Care. With years of nursing experience caring for individuals with complex medical needs, she brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to the care of every client.
Jessica understands that successful care at home requires more than assistance with daily tasks — it requires thoughtful planning, education, and a deep understanding of each individual’s health needs. Her nursing background allows Texas Personalized Care to provide guidance and support that helps families feel confident in their loved one’s care.
As Co-Founder, Jessica is passionate about mentoring caregivers and helping build a team that delivers care with professionalism, empathy, and respect. She believes that when caregivers feel valued and well-prepared, the quality of care naturally improves for the families they serve.
